A Corporation Built on Legal Tradition
Mr. Kristian Teider, CEO and founder of UATL® Corporation, welcomes you to the corporate website. Built on the Teider family foundation, UATL® Corporation stands today — after 35 hard-working years — for 42 international companies, a private research university holding 106 patented solutions in medicine and high energy physics, and in-house infrastructure for legal and financial processes worldwide.
The legal department, with UATL® LAW FIRM and TEIDER LAW FIRM INTERNATIONAL, was developed and is led by Mr. Teider personally: his first degree was in international, corporate and tax law, and his PhD is in the history of economy. Over the years the practice has extended into art law (since 2006), patent law (since 2008) and aviation law (since 2011).
The traditions and experience of several generations of lawyers and judges — embodied in the family library of over 6000 antique classic legal books in the original, mostly of the 18th and 19th centuries — provide the solid ground floor for a high level of competency.
Scholarship
The theoretical and scientific work of Mr. Teider and his colleagues is today represented by three books nearing completion:
- Criminology — “Classification of PTSR and post-traumatic syndromes of minors witnessing crime scenes”, research in the field of victimology.
- Art law — “The methods of recognising the fakes art and fake certificates of european art from 18th and 19th centuries”.
- Social science — “The colors of lie, the smell of fear and the test of truth”, on the borders between individuality as a fact and individualism as a factor.
Aviation
The aviation department operates five corporate airplanes, including the ultra long-range trijet Dassault Falcon. The corporate flight school and airplane repair station in Florida allow the corporation to maintain its airplanes and train its pilots in house.
